I came across this recipe on the internet and it looked so delicious, I decided to make it tonight for dinner. It turned out as tasty as it looked. Photos-my own

Ingredients For baked chicken

  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 3
    shallots - chopped
  • 2 clove
    garlic - minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried parsley - or handful of fresh parsley chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 lb
    chicken parts

How To Make baked chicken

  • 1
    Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl, combine marinade ingredients and toss with chicken parts. Season with salt and pepper.

    Place chicken skin side up in a 9x13 pan and roast for 30 minutes until it begins to brown. Baste with marinade. Turn chicken over and bake 10 minutes more, or until done.

    Garnish with parsley, and serve with your favorite vegetable, rice, potatoes, or salad. Enjoy!
