THIS CAME OUT WONDERFUL! I WANTD TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT WITH MY DEFROSTD CHICKN BREAST SO THIS WAS WAT I DECIDED ...BACON WRAPD RICOTTA/SPINACH STFTD CHICKEN BREAST W/WHITE WINE SAUCE....IT TAKES A LIL WORK TO PREPARE N SAY...TASTY N FILLING :) PLUS I GOT TO USE UP A CONTAINER OF RICOTTA THAT WAS IN THE FRIDGE ;)

4IN A SMALL SAUCEPAN ADD 1 TBLSPN OF VEG OIL TO THAT ADD FLOUR COOK FOR A MINUTE THEN ADD WINE N COOK FOR 2 MINUTES. NEXT ADD MUSTARD N BROTH N BRING TO A BOIL THEN SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES N ADD CHPD PARSLEY N SnP TO TASTE. SET ASIDE

5IN A LARGE SAUTÉ PAN ADD VEG OIL MED/HIGH HEAT N ADD BACON WRAPPD CHICKN N COOK FOR 3 MINUTES THEN FLIP N COOK FOR 3 MORE MINUTES. SLIGHTLY COVER PAN N TURN ONE MORE TIME COOKN TILL NICELY BROWNED N COOKED THRU AN ADDITIONAL 5 MINUTES
