Ingredients For asian style chicken thighs

6chicken thighs boneless and skinless

3 Tbspolive oil

1inch piece ginger minced

6 clovegarlic minced

1/3 cshaoxing wine or sherry

1/2 cchicken stock

3 Tbsphoney

1/3 cbrown sugar

3star anise

1/4 csoy sauce

1/4 corange juice
-
3green onions chopped
How To Make asian style chicken thighs

1Heat a large skillet to high and add oil. Sear the chicken on both sides. Remove the chicken and set aside.

2Add the ginger, garlic, wine,, stock, brown sugar,honey, star anise, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Add the orange juice and add the chicken back to the pan. Cook until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken with slotted spoon. Bring sauce to a boil again and let reduce by half.

3Serve chicken with sauce overtop and garnish with green onion.
