asian sesame chicken
This recipe doesn't require much preperation and is healthy and yet delicious. I like to use boneless chicken breast, but you can use whatever parts you favor.The photo displayed with directions is with chicken and seperately with slices of ham which is equally as good if you don't care for chicken, as my mother, so I often times adjust a chicken recipe to suit her.

Ingredients For asian sesame chicken

1 pkgchicken
-
1/2 mdgreen bell pepper
-
1/2 mdred bell pepper
-
1/2 mdorange bell pepper
-
1/2 mdyellow bell pepper

1/2-3/4 bottlelow fat asian sesame salad dressing

1 small canchunk pineapple (drained)
-
1 small canmandarin oranges (drained)
-
to taste pinchsalt & pepper
How To Make asian sesame chicken

1Preheat oven to 350° and foil a baking pan

2Wash and season raw meat, chop bell peppers

3Put chicken in baking pan and pour Asian sesame salad dressing over the chicken and add pineapple, then cover with foil

4Bake approximately 35 minutes, basting occasionally

5Remove from oven, add bell peppers and mandarin orange, cover and continue baking an additional 10-15 minutes

6Serve with steamed jasmine rice
