    boeless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    sliced celery
  • 1 lg
    onion, sliced
  • 1 md
    green bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

    8 ounce can pineapple tidbits unsweetened, undrained
  • 8 oz
    no salt added tomatoe sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1/4 c
    soysauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    sherry
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 3 c
    cooked rice no salt or fat

How To Make asian chicken with pineapple

    Cut chicken into bite size pieces. allow large skillet non stick to heat medium high heat 2 miutes. melt butter in skillet; add chicken, and stir fry 4 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned. stir in vegetables; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes ot till vegetables are crisp tender.

    Drain pineapple tidbits, reserving 1/4 cup liquid. set pineapple aside. combine the reserved pineapple juice and remaining ingrediants except rice; pour over chicken mixture. cook until mixture is slightly thickened.
