I love garlic and Asian food. This is great over rice but I like it over buttery noodles.

Ingredients For asian chicken in garlic sauce

  • 8 oz
    chicken cubed
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking soda
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 8 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 md
    red pepper julienned
  • sauce
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    hot chili oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1/4 c
    mirin
  • 2 Tbsp
    oyster sauce
  • garnish
  • 1/4 c
    cilantro chopped

How To Make asian chicken in garlic sauce

    Rub the chicken with the soda and let marinate 20 minutes. Rinse well. Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, chili oil, cornstarch, mirin, and oyster sauce and set aside
  • 2
    Add oil to pan and saute red pepper for 2 minutes. Add chicken and cook 5 minutes. Add garlic and saute 2 minutes.

    Stir sauce in and let cook until thickened. Serve over rice or noodles garnish with cilantro
