    dark soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 c
    hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 c
    honey
  • 1/4 c
    shaoxing wine
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili garlic sauce
  • 1/4 c
    mirin
  • 3 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1
    inch piece ginger minced
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    sriracha sauce
  • 2 lb
    chicken wings
  • 1/4 c
    scallions chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1/2 c
    water

How To Make asian bbq hot wings

    Preheat oven 400 degrees. Bake wings until done about 30 minutes.

    Mix first 12 ingredients together in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer 10 minutes.

    Mix cornstarch and water. Add to sauce to thicken. Toss in wings and coat well. Garnish with chopped scallions
