adobo honey glazed chicken breast with garlic
Great balance of sweet and spicy! You can grill or roast your chicken breast. Feel free to double or triple the glaze...it's awesome! I can see this on chicken wings, and pork too! The slivers of garlic under the skin soften and add great flavor, while the butter keeps the chicken breast moist.

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Separate skin from chicken breast gently. Add 1 teaspoon of butter under skin and distribute evenly to cover breast meat. Add slivers of garlic under skin - spread those evenly to cover breast meat.
-
2Melt butter and add adobo sauce and honey. Stir to combine.

3Cover bottom of baking dish with aluminum foil. This will prevent any glaze from burning your pan. Place breast on baking sheet. Pour a little glaze over the center of chicken breast. Brush glaze evenly over chicken breast. Salt and pepper generously.

4Bake for 20 minutes. Remove and add more glaze as before. Place back in oven and bake another 20 minutes. Repeat glaze. After another 20 minutes check internal temperature you want it to reach 160 degrees.
-
5Remove from oven and allow to rest on cutting board 10 minutes. Remove from bone and slice on diagonal.
-
