Ingredients For tater tot beef casserole

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 md
    onion diced
  • 3 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 c
    frozen peas
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 4 c
    shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 bag
    tater tots

How To Make tater tot beef casserole

  • 1
    Preheat oven 350 degrees
  • 2
    Brown the beef with the onions and garlic. Add the frozen peas, mushroom soup and milk. Cook until well incorporated. Place in a baking pan. Top with half the cheese then the tater tots.

    Bake for 30 minutes adding the rest of the cheese during the last 5 minutes
