Ingredients For tallerini (cheesy italian pasta)

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 lb
    ground italian sausage
  • 1 md
    green pepper diced
  • 1 md
    onion chopped
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 8 oz
    spaghetti
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 can
    cream mushroom soup
  • 16 oz
    can tomato sauce
  • 1 can
    stewed tomatoes pureed
  • 1 can
    corn drained
  • 3 tsp
    chili powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c
    cubed velvetta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 c
    4 cheese blend shredded cheese or sharp cheddar cheese

How To Make tallerini (cheesy italian pasta)

    Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water. Drain and toss with butter. Set a sided.

    Brown the beef and pork with green pepper, onion, and garlic until cooked.

    Mix in all ingredients except 4 cheese blend.

    Place in greased 9 x 13 pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and top with cheese and bake 15 more minutes.
