Ingredients For spasanga (spaghetti lasagna)

  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    oregano
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 8 oz
    ricotta cheese
  • 1/1/4 c
    half and half
  • 4 c
    mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 lb
    spaghetti cooked
  • 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 lb
    ground pork
  • 26 oz
    spaghetti sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh basil sliced
  • 3 clove
    garlic minced

How To Make spasanga (spaghetti lasagna)

  • 1
    Combine first 9 ingredients. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees covered with foil for 30 minutes or until set.

    Meanwhile cook beef and pork with garlic until done. Add spaghetti sauce and basil.

    Remove casserole from oven cut into squares. Top with sauce. sprinkle with extra parmesan if desired.
