Ingredients For skinny chicken paprikash

  • 2 lb
    boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 c
    thinly sliced onions separated into rings
  • 3 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 Tbsp
    hungarian paprika
  • 1/4 tsp
    chicken flavored granules
  • 8 oz
    plain low fat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp
    flour
  • 3 c
    cooked noodles

How To Make skinny chicken paprikash

  • 1
    Cut chicken into pieces and sprinkle with pepper. Set aside. Add oil to pan. Add chicken and cook for about 5 minutes. Add onion and garlic.

    Combine the water, paprika, and chicken bouillon. Add to chicken mixture. Cook about 10 minutes or until chicken is done.

    Remove chicken mixture from pan with slotted spoon reserving the liquid. Mix the yogurt and flour stirring until no lumps left. Add to the liquid in pan. Cook 2 or 3 minutes to thicken.

    Serve chicken mixture over noodles topped with sauce.
