scalloped ham & potato bake

My mom would make this w/ left-over ham and would grate the potatoes, but today they have frozen hash brown potatoes, which make this easier to make.

Ingredients For scalloped ham & potato bake

  • 1 lb
    fully cooked ham steak, cut into 1/2"-chunks
  • 1
    26 oz pkg shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 2 can
    condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1
    10 pkg frozen peas
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/4 tsp
    each, salt and pepper

How To Make scalloped ham & potato bake

    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine all ingredients, mix well. Pour into baking pan, cover w/ foil.

    Bake 30 mins. Uncover, bake 45 mins more.
