Ingredients For sausage and rice casserole

1 lbsweet or hot italian sausage (browned, drained and cut up)

1 ccelery, chopped

1 conion, chopped

1 cbell pepper, chopped

1 crice (uncooked)

1 can(14 1/2 oz) chicken broth, combined with water to yield 2 cups liquid

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make sausage and rice casserole

1Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 325 degrees F for one hour.

22 cups raw shrimp may be substituted for the sausage.
