quick cabbage casserole
We love cabbage! I just mixed this up one night and threw in the parm cheese. It added a great flavor! My husband loved it as well. It's a nice, quick and inexpensive dinner. Enjoy y'all!!

Ingredients For quick cabbage casserole

1/2head of cabbage chopped

1 canhunts spaghetti sauce

1/2chopped onion
-
1 lbcooked ground beef
- I SALT, PEPPER, ADD SEASONINGS (GARLIC POWDER ETC TO TASTE)

1/4 cgrated parmsean cheese
How To Make quick cabbage casserole

1Place chopped cabbage into stock pot with about a cup of water or chicken broth. Cover and bring to a boil. Let steam and cook until soft. The water/broth should be boiled out at this time.

2Brown your ground beef with the onion. Drain, Add your seasonings and spaghetti sauce and cheese and stir well.

3Pour sauce mixture into pot with the cooked cabbage and stir well. Serve with extra parmsean cheese on top! You can put it in a casserole dish and top with more Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 for 10-15 if you like as well!
