Ingredients For polish tater-tots casserole

  • 1 1/2 lb
    smoked kelbasa
  • 1 pkg
    tater-tots
  • 1 c
    frozen thawed brocholi
  • 1 lg
    diced onion
  • 1 c
    shredded chedder cheese
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp
    oilve oil

How To Make polish tater-tots casserole

  • 1
    grease a 9x13 lasagna pan, add olive oil to a frying pan. Add eckrich smoked kelbasa sliced and brown in frying pan. Add a half bag tater-tots to the greased lasagna pan, add chopped diced onion,brocholi,and kelbasa when brown over the tater-tots. Mix the shredded chedder cheese with the can of cream of mushroom soup in a bowl and the French's mustard mix well. Add to the top of the kelbasa mix add remaining bag tater-tots. Cook at 350 for 30-45 minutes then turn on the broiler for 5-10 minutes to brown the top of the casserole.
