Ingredients For meatball and baked bean casserole.

1 lbground beef

1/2 cevaporated milk

2/3 cbread crumbs

1 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper

1 Tbspbutter

1 csliced onion

1 can(16 ounce) baked beans

1/8 tspsalt

2 Tbspcatsup

1/4 tspdry mustard

1 Tbspbrown sugar (optional)
How To Make meatball and baked bean casserole.

1Mix ground beef, evaporated milk, bread crumbs, 1 tsp. salt, and pepper. With wet hands, shape into 1-1/2 inch balls.

2Brown in a large skillet in butter with onions.

3Cover, cook over low heat 10 minutes. Drain off fat, if any.

4Add mixture of baked beans, 1/8 tsp. salt, catsup, brown sugar and dry mustard. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
