Ingredients For layered reuben crescent casserole

  • 2 tube
    crescent roll refrigerated
  • 16 oz
    sliced swiss cheese
  • 1 lb
    deli corned beef
  • 14 oz
    sauerkraut
  • 3 tsp
    caraway seeds
  • 1 md
    jar thousand island dressing
  • 1 lg
    egg white slightly beaten

How To Make layered reuben crescent casserole

    Preheat oven 350 degrees Grease a 9x13 pan.

    Unroll one roll of crescent rolls and press into bottom of pan. Place corned beef on top. Drain and squeeze out as much moisture as you can from sauerkraut. Mix sauerkraut with caraway seeds and layer on top of meat.

    Next layer is thousand island dressing. Then lay the cheese on top of that.

    Unroll the other tube of crescents and lay over top of the cheese. Brush the top with egg white.

    Bake about 20 minutes until golden
