4 Tbspolive oil

1/2 lbground beef

1/4 conion chopped

28 ozcrushed tomatoes

3 cgarlic minced

1 Tbspfresh basil

1/2 tsporegano

salt and pepper

15 ozcontainer ricotta cheese

1 lgegg
-
1/3 cfresh parsley chopped

1 1/4 cmozzarella cheese
-
3/4 cparmesan cheese grated

1/3 cromano grated
-
pepper
-
12lasagna noodles, uncooked
How To Make lasagna roll ups

1Put oil in pan and cook ground beef and onions until meat is no longer pink. Remove meat and drain. Put meat in food processor with garlic and process until the mixture is fine. add back to pan and add crushed tomatoes, basil and oregano. Simmer sauce while preparing the rest of the dish

2cook the lasagna noodles in boiling salted water. While noodles are cooking mix the ricotta cheese, egg, 3/4 cup of mozzarella, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, romano cheese and parsley. Season with pepper.

3Drain noodles and lay out flat on foil or wax paper. Top with cheese mixture.

4Add a layer of tomato mixture.

5Roll up in jelly roll style and place in 9 x 13 greased baking pan.

6Top with remaining sauce and the rest of the cheese.

7Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
