irish cheesy burger bake
My husband is Irish, he wanted a little different twist on that old shepard's pie. So, I slapped some ingredients together and he loved it! It really fills you up and sticks to your ribs!

2 stalkcelery

1 bunchscallions

6 mdpotatoes

1 1/2 lbground beef

1 cancream of celery souo

1 pkgshredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 stickmargarine

pepper

basil

oregano, dried

lawry's seasoned salt

How To Make irish cheesy burger bake

1Wash, peel, and cut potatoes into quarters. Cover with water and boil until tender. To prevent boiling over, place a wooden spoon across the too of pan while cooking.

2Clean and chop up scallions and celery to small pieces. Amount can be varied to your tastes.

3Fry celery, scallions, and ground beef together.

4When ground beef has no red meat left, drain grease off.

5When potatoes are tender, drain water carefully, add small amount of milk, salt and pepper, and 3/4 stick margarine and mash.

6Take Cream of Celery soup and place in bowl, add about a can of water and mix well.

7Combine beef mixture with soup mixture.

8In large pyrex bowl, spray with cooking spray, add a later of mashed potatoes, handful of cheese and then beef mixture. Layer again, add a few pieces of butter on top, too with remaining cheese or add more.

9Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
