i wanted a turkey pot pie, but one that wasn't so fattening, so i used phyllo dough as a crust. Delecate and flaky! Calories: 134 per serving Fat: 3.3 grams Carbs: 18 grams

2thick slices deli turkey, cubed

2 cfrozen mixed veggies, thawed

8 ozsliced mushrooms

1 cfrozen, diced potatoes, thawed

1 Tbspcanola oil

2 Tbspflour
-
1 cchicken broth
-
3/4 cchicken broth

1/2 tspdried thyme
-
1/4 tspeach, salt & pepper

8sheets phyllo dough, thawed
How To Make healthy turkey pot pie w/ flaky crust

1Heat oven to 400. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine turkey, mixed veggies, mushrooms and potatoes.

2In saucepan, over medium heat, heat oil. Add flour, cook 1 min, whisking constantly. Stir in broth, thyme, salt and pepper. Heat until thickened.

3Pour over turkey mix, mix well. Spoon into baking dish. Coat 2 sheets of phyllo dough w/ cooking spray, place on top of turkey mix. Repeat w/ remaining dough. Bake 30 mins.
