Ingredients For ham casserole with noodles

4 ozmedium noodles, cooked and drained

1 pkg(10 ounces) frozen broccoli spears

2 Tbspbutter

2 Tbspflour

1 tspsalt

1/2 tspbrown mustard

1/4 tsppepper

2 cmilk
-
1 cgrated mild cheddar cheese

2 ccooked diced ham

1/3 cslivered toasted almonds
How To Make ham casserole with noodles

1Cook broccoli just until tender. In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter; blend in flour, salt, mustard, and pepper. Stir until smooth and bubbly. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened; remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.

2Dice broccoli stalks; leave flowerets intact.

3In an 8 inch square baking dish, arrange noodles, broccoli stems, and ham; pour cheese sauce over all. Arrange the flowerets over the top, pressing down a bit. Sprinkle with the almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
