  • 1 eggplant sliced and in salt water over nite
  • i used buttermilk cormeal on plate
  • a lil milk in a bowl
  • cut up 1 sweet banana pepper
  • provalone cheese slices
  • shredded parm cheese,moz,or parm
  • 3-4 small loaf pans
  • a couple jars of speggetti sauce

    IN 3 SMALL LOAF PANS. LAYER SAUCE,EGGPLANT SWEET PEPPERS, SAUCE A SLICE OF CHEESE. REPEAT THIS TIL U GET TO THE TOP
