I have made this for my family for a while now. I love the sweet flavor that the brown sugar gives the meat and adding the tomatoes and broccoli just rounds up the flavors.

Ingredients For faux quiche breakfast bake

1 lbchopped cooked ham

12 ozcooked turkey bacon but into pieces

3 mdred potatoes steamed and sliced

1 cshredded or sliced cheese of your choice.

4 slicebread of your choice

24eggs, whipped

1/2 cchopped tomato

1/2 cchopped broccoli

1 dashsalt and pepper

1/3 cbrown sugar (optional)
How To Make faux quiche breakfast bake

1In an oblong 9" by 13" glass pan, place your meat. The heaviest things need to go on the bottom.

2Next, sprinkle the brown sugar if you want it. It's optional.

3Layer the spuds so they just touch and salt and pepper them

4Sprinkle on the cheese and place the bread on the top. I cut the crusts off this type of bread as it's very strong. If you use white bread you don't have to.

5Beat the eggs and add the tomatoes and broccoli to them. Pour evenly over the bread and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.
