Ingredients For doritos mexican casserole

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can
    enchilada sauce
  • 1 can
    green chiles, diced 4 oz.
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1 bag
    doritos, nacho cheese
  • 1 c
    sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make doritos mexican casserole

    Preheat oven to 350. Brown meat in skillet, drain fat, add onion and sauté. Add soups, sauce, green chilies, and milk. Mix well in skillet and warm.

    Assemble in 9x13 pan. Spread 1/2 meat mixture, then Doritos, and cheese. Then repeat, ending with cheese on top.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
