Ingredients For cajun casserole

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1
    chopped onion
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    tabasco sauce
  • 3 c
    cooked rice
  • 1 lb
    raw peeled shrimp
  • 1 lb
    crawfish tails
  • grated cheese

How To Make cajun casserole

  • 1
    Melt cream cheese and butter in a casserole dish.
  • 2
    Saute vegetables until tender; saute shrimp with vegetables for a few minutes. Add to casserole dish.
  • 3
    Mix soup, spices, crawfish tails, crabmeat, and rice. Pour over other stuff in dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
