Ingredients For broccoli rice cassarole

  • 4 c
    broccoli florets(frozen or fresh)
  • 1 c
    minute rice
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup(15oz)
  • 1/2 can
    water
  • 1 c
    american cheese(or cheese whiz)
  • 1 can
    water chestnuts(15oz)
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter

How To Make broccoli rice cassarole

  • 1
    Mix the first 6 ingredients together.

    Grease casserole dish; pour mixture in.
  • 3
    Cover top with bread crumbs ; dot wit butter.
  • 4
    Bake in moderate oven 350 degrees for I hour. Serve
