Ingredients For cajun salsa burgers

  • 1/2 c
    salsa
  • 1 tsp
    creole seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 4
    kaiser rolls, split and toasted

How To Make cajun salsa burgers

    In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Add the beef; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 4 patties. Grill burgers, covered over medium heat or broil 4-inches from heat 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Serve on Kaiser rolls. Makes 4 servings.
