Ingredients For bourbon mushroom and onion venison burger

1 lbvenison burger or ground beef

1/4 cjack daniels bourbon
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

3 clovegarlic minced

1 tsponion powder
-
1 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper
- MUSHROOMS AND ONIONS

8 ozfresh mushrooms chopped

1 mdonion sliced
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
1/4 cjack daniels bourbon
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
How To Make bourbon mushroom and onion venison burger

1Mix the burger with the next six ingredients. Shape into patties, Set the patties in the refrigerator while making the mushrooms and onions.

2Mix the bourbon and Worcestershire sauce together and set aside.

3Add butter to large saucepan. Saute the mushrooms and onions over med heat until caramelized. About 7 minutes. Pour the bourbon mixture over top and cook until evaporated.

4Remove the mushrooms and onions with slotted spoon and keep warm. If using venison you may need to add more butter to pan. Fry the burgers in same pan. Top with the onions and mushrooms to serve.
