1/3 cbread crumbs

1 smallonion finely chopped

How To Make weeknight salisbury steak

1Thoroughly mix the beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg and water in a medium bowl. shape firmly into 4 oval patties (1/2 inch thick)

2Heat the oil in a 10 inch skillet over medium high heat. Add the patties and cook for 10 minutes or until they're well browned on both sides

3Add the gravy and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the patties are cooked through.
