    ground beef
  • 1/3 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1 small
    onion finely chopped
  • 1
    egg beaten
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 can
    campbells beef gravy

How To Make weeknight salisbury steak

    Thoroughly mix the beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg and water in a medium bowl. shape firmly into 4 oval patties (1/2 inch thick)
  • 2
    Heat the oil in a 10 inch skillet over medium high heat. Add the patties and cook for 10 minutes or until they're well browned on both sides

    Add the gravy and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the patties are cooked through.
