Ingredients For veal parmesan

1 lbpasta of choice
-
1 citalian seasoned bread crumbs

2 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese
-
1 lbveal cutlets, pounded thin

1 cflour
-
2eggs, beaten
-
1 Tbspwater
-
vegetable oil
-
2 cmarinara sauce
-
1/2 cshredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make veal parmesan

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Cook pasta.

3In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip veal into flour, than egg water mixture, then into bread crumb mixture. In a large skillet, brown veal thoroughly on both sides in oil. Drain on paper towels.

4Place on sheet pan. Top with marinara sauces and Mozzarella Cheese. Place in oven till cheese is melted.

5Place pasta on plate and top with marinara. Place veal on top.
