Ingredients For tammy's ground beef taco meat

  • 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp
    finely minced onion
  • 3/4 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 3/4 tsp
    chile de arbol
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1
    beef bouillon, cube
  • 3/4 c
    water

How To Make tammy's ground beef taco meat

    In a small bowl measure all of the spices.

    In a small sauce pan on medium low heat place ground beef, onion, water and spices.

    Break up ground beef and put lid on. Stirring occasionally to break up ground beef. Cook 5 minutes.

    Cook an additional 10 minutes with lid off until almost all of the liquid has evaporated.
