Ingredients For tammy's beef tips

  • 1/4 to 1/2 lb
    per person, beef or venison stew meat, cubed and fat removed
  • 1 lg
    yellow onion, peeled and jullienned
  • 1 lg
    green bell pepper, seeded and julliened
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive or vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 c
    water
  • 2 pkg
    pioneer brown gravy mix
  • 1 Tbsp
    dales or moores liquid seasoning

How To Make tammy's beef tips

  • 1
    Add meat, veggies, Dales or Moores and oil to a large frying pan or wok. Cook over med. heat until veggies are soft. While this is cooking, bring the water to a boil and add the gravy mix. Set aside. After meat mixture is through, transfer to a baking dish with a lid. Pour gravy over mixture and place in a preheated 400 degree oven. Bake for about 45 mins. to an hour. Serve over rice. (I use instant rice....easier and fluffs up prettier)
