1IN FRYING PAN PUT OLIVE OIL IN ,MED HEAT HAVE YOUR PEPPERS SLICED UP IN STRIPS ,AND ONIONS IN STRIPS . PUT IN STEAK .THEN AS COOKING STIR IN PEPPERS AND ONIONS . ADD SALT ,PEPPER ,GARLIC POWDER,TO TASTE .THEN SPRINKLE ON THE TACO SEASONING . SAUTE TILL STEAK IS COOKED ,AND VEGGIES ARE STILL A LITTLE CRISP.

2IN A RICE PAN ,MAKE THE YELLOW RICE AS DIRECTED WITH OLIVE OIL. HALF WAY COOKED ADD KIDNEY BEANS , AND OLIVES ADD SOME ADOBO ( IF YOU WISH)STIR IT FINISH COOKING TILL RICE IS DONE .
