sweet and sour meatballs
This recipe works well in the slow cooker too... You can add pineapple to change it up a little as well.

Ingredients For sweet and sour meatballs

2 can14 oz.cranberry sauce

1 bottle400 ml hp sauce original

1 bottle400 ml hp sauce fruity

1 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 cwhite vinegar
-
1 cwater
-
1 canpineapple tidbits, optional
- MEATBALLS:

2 lbground lean ground beef

2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
1 tsponion salt
-
2 tspdill, dried
-
1 cbread crumbs, fine dry

2eggs, beaten
-
1/4 cwater
How To Make sweet and sour meatballs

1Sauce: Mix all ingredients together in a pot heat until brown sugar is disolved. Set aside.

2Mix all ingredients until well combined, form into 1 inch meatballs.

3Put a few meatballs at a time in frying pan, brown well.

4Transfer to Casserole dish and pour sauce over the meatballs and bake in oven for an hour and a half. Serve over rice...Enjoy
