Ingredients For stuffed red peppers

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    oregano, dried
  • salt/pepper
  • 4 lg
    red peppers
  • 1/2 c
    white wine
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 can
    tomato sauce
  • 1 sprig
    cilantro

How To Make stuffed red peppers

    cut peppers in half, discard inner seeds.
  • 2
    In a large bowl,combine the ground beef with all the dry ingredients.

    stuff the pepper halves with the meat mixture...in a large skillet ,put the tomato sauce,white wine, cilantro and olive oil.

    add the stuffed peppers and simmer covered about 30 minutes...serve over white rice....yummy
