Ingredients For stuffed meat loaf

2 lbground beef
-
1/4 conion minced
-
1/2 c1/2 cup bread crumbs ( i used italian for extra flavoring)

1/2 cparmesan cheese

1/4 cpaesley
-
1/4 cmilk
-
1 Tbspminced garlic
-
2eggs beaten
-
5peices of bacon (partly cooked)

4string cheese
-
salt and pepper to taste
- GLAZE
-
1/2 cketchup
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1 Tbspmustard
-
dash of worcestershire sauce
How To Make stuffed meat loaf

1Preheat oven 350.

2In large bowl add all ingredients except bacon and string cheese. mix together with clean hands.

3Fill loaf pan half way, layer bacon across then slice string cheese in half length wise and layer cheese over bacon. Add the rest of the meat to loaf pan.

4In A second bowl mix ingredients for glaze
-
5cover the tops of the loaf with the glaze. Bake for 1 hour and check, it will vary oven to oven
