Ingredients For stretch-it casserole

  • 1 lb
    ground beef,or ground turkey
  • 1 c
    celery,diced
  • 1/2 c
    onion flakes, dehydrated, or chopped onion
  • 1 can
    cream of celery soup, fat-free, undiluted
  • 2 c
    cooked rice of your choice
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup, fat-free, undiluted

How To Make stretch-it casserole

  • 1
    Brown hamburger or ground turkey, onion, celery in butter. In a large casserole dish, add rest of ingredient's plus the browned mixture, Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350* for 1 hour.,can be frozen very nicely. Keeps well.Can be stretched by adding more noodles or more rice or more soup or hamburger..
