How To Make southwestern taco casserole with chipotle sauce

1For the chipotle sauce mix all ingredients together except cilantro in saucepan and cook for about 15 minutes. Puree in food processor with cilantro. Keep refrigerated.

2For taco casserole. brown burger with onions and garlic in large skillet. Add taco seasoning. Add chipotle sauce, tomato sauce and salsa. When meat is done and sauce hot stir in doritos. Top with cheese and place a lid on the pan. Remove from heat and let cheese melt. Top with a dollup of sour cream to serve.
