Ingredients For simple no bean chili

1 lbground beef

1 clovegarlic, chopped

15 ozcan tomato sauce

1/2 mdonion, diced

1 tspchili powder

1/2 tspground cumin

1/2 tspground oregano

1/2 tspsalt

1/8 tspcayenne pepper
How To Make simple no bean chili

1Brown ground beef in medium pot till crumbled and cooked through. Drain off the excess fat.

2Add onion and garlic cooking till translucent.

3Pour in tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt and cayenne.

4Cover and simmer on low for 2 to 3 hours. Stirring once in a while to prevent scorching.

5Enjoy any way you like, on polenta, hot dogs, in a bowl with cheese and chips, oh just let your creativity go wild.
