Ingredients For shepherd's pie

  • 2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 box
    13 oz instant mashed potatoes
  • 1 pkg
    small fiesta blend shredded cheese
  • 1 can
    whole kernel corn
  • milk (as directed for mashed potatoes)
  • butter (as directed for mashed potaotes)

How To Make shepherd's pie

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350. While oven is heating brown ground beef with seasoning and drain
  • 2
    Cook mashed potatoes using the 12 serving instruction on box. While waiting for water mixture to boil for mashed potatoes drain liquid from corn and set aside
  • 3
    Layer meat, then corn and mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese and place in oven for 20-25 minutes
