Ingredients For saucy salisbury skillet

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 10 3/4 oz
    can condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c
    thinly sliced carrot
  • 9 oz
    pkg. frozen cut green beans

How To Make saucy salisbury skillet

  • 1
    Mix thoroughly ground beef, onion, salt and pepper; shape into 4 patties. In skillet brown patties. Pour off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
