Ingredients For salisbury steak and onion gravy

10 1/2 ozcampbells condensed onion soup (i have often substituted liptons dry onion soup)

1 1/2 lbground beef
-
1/2 cfine dry bread crumbs

1slightly beaten egg
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
dash of pepper
-
Tbspflour
-
1/4 cketchup
-
1/4 cwater
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce

1/2 tspprepared mustard
How To Make salisbury steak and onion gravy

1In a bowl, combine 1/3 cup soup with beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper.

2Shape into 6 oval patties. In skillet, brown patties; pour off fat.

3Gradually blend remaining ingredients, stir to loosen browned bits.

4Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done, stirring occasionally.
