Ingredients For pizza meatloaf by elaine skochenko

2 lbground beef
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1/2 ccracker crumbs
-
2slightly beaten eggs
-
1/2 cchopped white onion
-
1/2 tspeach: salt, pepper, garlic salt, dried oregano (crushed) and basil

1 canchef boy 'ar dee pizza sauce
-
1 pkgsliced pepperoni
-
toppings of your choice: sliced black olives, green pepper slices, mushrooms, beef stick, etc.

2 cgrated mozarella cheese, or mixed pizza cheese of your choice
How To Make pizza meatloaf by elaine skochenko

1Preheat oven to 350*

2Combine ground beef with eggs, milk, cracker crumbs, chopped onion, salt, garlic salt, oregano and basil.

3Pat mixture into a loaf shape in a 9x13 baking pan.

4Bake for 30 minutes, or until meat loaf is cooked through. Remove pan and drain off fat.

5Spread pizza sauce all over top.

6Place toppings on top of sauce (olives, pepperoni, etc.) Sprinkle grated cheese over all.

7Bake 10 approx. min. longer, until cheese is bubbly.
