Ingredients For pizza meatloaf by elaine skochenko

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    cracker crumbs
  • 2
    slightly beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c
    chopped white onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    each: salt, pepper, garlic salt, dried oregano (crushed) and basil
  • 1 can
    chef boy 'ar dee pizza sauce
  • 1 pkg
    sliced pepperoni
  • toppings of your choice: sliced black olives, green pepper slices, mushrooms, beef stick, etc.
  • 2 c
    grated mozarella cheese, or mixed pizza cheese of your choice

How To Make pizza meatloaf by elaine skochenko

    Preheat oven to 350*

    Combine ground beef with eggs, milk, cracker crumbs, chopped onion, salt, garlic salt, oregano and basil.

    Pat mixture into a loaf shape in a 9x13 baking pan.

    Bake for 30 minutes, or until meat loaf is cooked through. Remove pan and drain off fat.

    Spread pizza sauce all over top.

    Place toppings on top of sauce (olives, pepperoni, etc.) Sprinkle grated cheese over all.

    Bake 10 approx. min. longer, until cheese is bubbly.
