parmesan meatloaf

I made this for the family for the first time last year, and it was a hit with the adults AND children! Plus, it was my very first meatloaf, and I rather enjoyed it.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
Move over plain old meatloaf... this Parmesan meatloaf will win you over. The meatloaf is half ground beef and half ground chicken, but it's filled with Italian herbs, and you'd never know the difference. Then, it's topped with tomato sauce and a thick layer of cheese. This easy meatloaf recipe is a delicious weeknight dinner. We heated the rest of the marinara sauce and drizzled a little extra when serving.
