1 mdorange, zest and juice reserved

4green onions, thinly sliced

2 Tbspcornstarch

1 pkg9 oz frozen green giant broccoli cuts

1 can8oz water chestnuts

3 ccooked wild rice
How To Make orange beef, iris

1In a large skillet sauté sirloin and zest in oil.

2Stir in onions, garlic and ginger, cook for 2 minutes.

3Mix tamari and cornstarch together, simmer on medium low heat 5-6 minutes. Add remaining ingredients to skillet , don't forget the orange juice, heat through and serve hot.
