    sirloin steak, cut into small pieces
  • 1 md
    orange, zest and juice reserved
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 4
    green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    ginger, minced
  • 1 / 2 c
    tamari
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 pkg
    9 oz frozen green giant broccoli cuts
  • 1 can
    8oz water chestnuts
  • 3 c
    cooked wild rice

    In a large skillet sauté sirloin and zest in oil.

    Stir in onions, garlic and ginger, cook for 2 minutes.

    Mix tamari and cornstarch together, simmer on medium low heat 5-6 minutes. Add remaining ingredients to skillet , don't forget the orange juice, heat through and serve hot.
