my own easy chili
This is quick and not real spicy my husband cannot eat hot recipes ( spicy) He loves this one.

Ingredients For my own easy chili

1 1/2 lbground sirloin
-
2 canrinsed and drained dark red kidney beans
-
1 candiced tomatoes in sauce ( hunts)

1 candiced green chiles ( mild)
-
2 cwater
-
2 cloveminced garlic
-
1 Tbspchili powder
-
1 lgred sweet pepper chopped
-
1 mdchopped sweet onion ( videla is my favorite)

2 Tbsptomato paste ( i use out of refrigerated tube)

kosher salt and pepper to taste
How To Make my own easy chili

1Brown ground sirloin Drain well

2Add chili powder Garlic Onions Red peppers Stir into meat and cook until tender on low

3Add tomatoes and beans
-
4Add water mixing well
-
5Simmer about one hour
-
6Add tomato paste Simmer until thickened but still like a thick soup consistency

7Taste to see if needs salt add it and fresh black pepper Add some Franks Hot Sauce if you prefer spicer recipe Garnish with some shredded cheddar/ Jack cheese or fresh Cilantro if you like Serve with crusty bread and butter or hot rolls
