I make chili many different ways, but this is my favorite go to recipe that I learned from my grandmother Swecker. She never wrote it down, I just watched her make it and paid attention to detail. I have changed it a bit over the years.

Ingredients For my favorite chili recipe

2 lblean ground beef

1 lgonion, diced

1 lggreen pepper, diced

3 clovegarlic, diced
-
2ribs of celery, fixed
-
6 ctomato juice
-
128 oz can of crushed tomatoes
-
214.5 oz of fire roasted tomatoes

2 Tbspmedium heat chili powder
-
1 tspchipotle powder
-
salt and pepper to taste

1 smbag of pinto beans cooked or 4 cans rinsed
How To Make my favorite chili recipe

1Brown ground beef, when cooked add green peppers and onions and simmer for 10 minutes until tender.

2Rinse Pinto beans and place into a large dutch oven.

3Add all other ingredients to the pinto beans and simmer for 90 minutes so that the flavors combine. Enjoy!
