Ingredients For mushroom pepper roast in the crock

22lb. chuck roasts

1 lgsweet onion

1 lgcan cream of mushroom soup

2 Tbspbeef bouillon
-
1 pkgonion gravy mix
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 pkg16oz. frozen bell peppers or fresh if you have them
How To Make mushroom pepper roast in the crock

1Turn your crock pot to high heat setting. Layer your mushroom soup, onion quartered. Salt and pepper to taste both of the roasts and layer on top of onions.

2Sprinkle beef bouillon along with packet of gravy mix, Worcestershire sauce and package of frozen peppers. put lid on and let cook on high for 3 hours.

3Turn meat and stir gravy, turn heat down to low and cook 3 more hours. Turn heat to warm setting until ready to eat. Good Gravy!
