Ingredients For mom's spanish rice

2 mdonons chopped

1 lggreen bell pepper chopped
-
1 or more lbgroud beef
-
2 cwhite rice uncooked
-
4 can8oz tomato sauce
-
3 1/2 chot water
-
salt & pepper
-
1 cvelveeta cheese
How To Make mom's spanish rice

1Brown ground beef drain add onion and green bellpepper and cook a little not quite soft

2Add rice cook a little stirring till it gets a tiny bit brown..

3Add tomato sauce, water & salt & pepper. Mix well. Bring to a quice boil. Cover tightlyand simmer 25 min. Stiring once in a while.

4Add 1 cup of velveeta cheese before serving stiring to melt...... Enoy!!!!!
